Life is like a box of chocolates...

Forrest Gump really knew what he was talking about!

I apologize for not posting in a while, but life threw us a curve ball last week. One of my sons was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and immediately admitted to the hospital for a week. Of course I stayed with him the whole time, except to go home and take a shower and have a really good cry! He is home now and back at school (which he didn't miss much of due to all the snow days!) which is hard for me as I am not there to watch his every move! LOL

I am still going to host my card party this coming Monday, so if you are in the neighborhood, make sure to stop by and make some cards!

Until next time, happy stamping!

Diabetes is very strong in our family. Medical advances and diets have really come a long way since my brother was diagnosed 35 yrs ago. His DD was diagnosed last year and her life is so much more open and able then his growing up. Prayers that he will adapt to his diet and schedule fast and easy!
