Final September Card

Our last card created is great for a male birthday or fall anniversary. It's hard to tell but we used the Autumn Meadows dp behind the trees! We sponged a sky before stamping the trees. Then we sponged 'leaves' on the trees in various fall type colours.

Ingredients
Stamps: Lovely as a Tree and Heard from the Heart
Inks: Crushed Curry, Old Olive, Bashful Blue, Ruby Red, Chocolate Chip, Dusty Durango
Cardstock: Dusty Durango, Crushed Curry, Whisper White and Autumn Meadows dp
Accessories: More Mustard grosgrain ribbon
Tools: Tag Corner punch

Until next time, happy stamping!

Here is another of our September cards. We used designer paper from the Holiday mini, which is gorgeous by the way! We also stamped an image from Embrace Life down the right side of the card. Kind of hard to see, but it's there. And be sure to click on the mini catalog to the left to check out all the awesome awesomeness in it!

Ingredients
Stamps: Holiday Best (hostess set) and Embrace Life
Inks: Taken with Teal and Chocolate Chip
Cardstock: Taken with Teal, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla and Autumn Meadows dp
Accessories: Jumbo Eyelets
Tools: Crop-o-dile

Until next time, happy stamping!

September Cards

September's card class was full of fun and merriment! I met three new stampers, two from Quebec! I had a blast showing them how to stamp!

Our first card was called a Matchbook card. I was inspired by Andrea Walford's card which you can see here . I made my card a bit bigger and there was no gift card holder inside. It is such a unique way to make a card!

Ingredients:

Stamps: Medallion and Short & Sweet
Inks: Rich Razzelberry
Cardstock: Kiwi Kiss (retired, oops!), Rich Razzelberry, Whisper White, Cottage Wall DP
Accessories: Dazzling Diamonds glitter, staples
Tools: Two-way glue pen, Large Oval punch, Scallop Oval punch, Wide Oval punch, stapler

Until next time, happy stamping!
